Updated
The short version: what MenuMonitor measures stays on your Mac, and this website doesn’t track you.
The app
- MenuMonitor reads your Mac’s processor, memory and network counters and the list of running processes, the same information Activity Monitor shows. It keeps none of it: nothing is kept beyond what the graphs show, it’s gone when you quit the app, and nothing is sent anywhere.
- It counts how much data goes in and out of your Mac, but never looks at the contents, and never uses the network itself.
- Your settings are kept on your Mac in MenuMonitor’s preferences.
Updates
MenuMonitor doesn’t connect to the internet at all: no update check, no analytics, no crash reports. New versions are published on this site.
Purchases
MenuMonitor is sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
- Paddle processes your payment and your personal details, such as your name, email address, card details and address or country, under Paddle’s privacy policy.
- We receive and store only what’s needed to deliver your download: the Paddle transaction ID, the Paddle customer ID, the amount, the currency, the time of purchase and the number of times the download link has been used.
- The payment form (Paddle.js, loaded from cdn.paddle.com and buy.paddle.com) loads only on the buy page, when you open it.
For questions about an order, go to paddle.net.
